This is very common under Apple Watch users. It looks like the app is gone, and your phone just shows a grayed-out ‘Purchased’ button.

The solution is to open the App Store on your watch, not on your phone. Search for ‘MatchGear’, and the possibility to (re-)install the app should appear.

You can set the short break duration to 0 minutes and 0 seconds to ignore it.
